There's been a tavern on this site since the early 1900s. In 1997, the tavern was bought by the Poole family and was extensively renovated.
Chef Matthew Jagusch has been running the kitchen for more than six years, and, using only the finest ingredients, has created a very unique and extensive menu. His barbequed baby back ribs and daily specials are always customer favorites. Matt has won many Taste of Northville awards and was featured in 2002 on Channel 4 TV preparing his own Irish Stew recipe.
