Blue collar Detroit through and through. Great, inexpensive food served quickly. Try the chicken on a pita! Popular with the Ford crowd at the nearby plant, as well as families and high school kids. Very clean and bright. There is a lunch rush, but the place is huge, and I've never waited in line for more than a minute. Waitstaff has very little turnover, they've all been there for years and know what they're doing! They open early and close late. Lastly, they have the best fountain drinks in town!
