Please, arrive 15 minutes early. You will be required to fill out a health form. This allows the therapist to ensure the right procedures for you. Mention to your practitioner which areas you would like to focus on.

During your treatment, let the therapist know of any discomfort you make be feeling. You will be covered with a sheet and blanket throughout the service.

This is your time. Close your eyes and allow your mind and body to be quiet and focus on how you feel. Listen to the music and let your tension slip away. Breathe deeply and enjoy!

We suggest you drink plenty of water after the massage to help flush out toxins that get loosened up during the treatment. To get the most benefit, try to relax the rest of the day.
