The Grosse Pointe Art Center is located at 16900 Kercheval Avenue in the heart of the Village of Grosse Pointe. It is one of the oldest non-profit organizations in the community, celebrating its 74th birthday this year. The organization offers membership, special exhibits, a Gift shop, classes and workshops for all ages and focuses on community outreach programs. All efforts are mission driven. The Grosse Pointe Artist Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging and promoting artistic talent and art education through the actions and participation of a diverse membership. The GPAA is committed to show casing a wide range of artistic styles and media through various community outreach activities, including exhibitions, lectures, and art classes. It is devoted to continuing its legacy of support for the arts by maintaining and operating space known as "The Grosse Pointe Art Center."
