The free two day family event includes local artists (such as Handmade Detroit), restaurants, businesses, organizations, and a beer garden featuring 12 Michigan microbreweries. Local bands also perform at the event. This event highlights the �do it yourself� ethic, showcasing the best the area has to offer. The Fair takes place on East Troy Street, where it meets Woodward Avenue and continues into the Ferndale City parking lot (Falvey Lot) directly behind Woodward Avenue Brewers.
