Get ready for Sundays at the Market, where you'll find a bounty of fresh produce, artisanal products, and family fun! Explore an impressive array of local seasonal produce, farm eggs, baked goods, honey, jams, artisan cheeses, dog treats, sauces, pastas, handcrafted soaps, soy candles, wool mittens, and more.

Tour the Historical Society building to glimpse Canton’s farming past, or chat with a Master Gardener for expert tips. Enjoy cooking demonstrations, rotating food trucks, live music, and kids' activities – there's fun for the whole family!

Find us at the Village Arts Factory for the first half of the season, with a tentative move to Preservation Park in July. Mark your calendars: no market on 5/25, 6/15, 7/6, 8/31, and 9/28.

Liberty Fest 2026

Area residents are invited to come and enjoy our exciting lineup of carnival rides, games, and special attractions. If carnival rides and games are your thing, then we’ve got just what you need in the Family Zone.

Established in 1991, Canton Liberty Fest typically welcomes thousands of individuals each summer, who participate in Canton’s largest community celebration over this three-day festival. Watch for the latest Liberty Fest information here, as well as on Facebook @cantonfun.

Liberty Run 2026

Run, walk or stroll the beautiful flat, fast, and accurate courses through neighborhood streets and the natural beauty of the Lower Rouge Trail.

Liberty Run entry includes a finisher's medals for all distances, theme awards, and add-on shirt!

A portion of your entry fee will help fund recreation and trail improvement in Canton Township!
