FREE Safety First Women"s Self Defense

Safety First Self Defense is a simple and effective system. We will teach you avoidance and awareness skills, verbal de-escalation, and car security. We will teach you ways of lowering your profile, so you are not chosen as a victim. We will also teach you what to do if you are chosen as a victim. This is a 4 week program. You will receive a certificate upon completion. Classes taught by Marc Halleck, and Gretchen Hansen.

Our Program has 3 main objectives:

* Make you aware of your surroundings
* Teach you strategies so you never become a victim
* Help you acknowledge that the attack is really happening & what you need to do!

WHEN: Monday April 16th from 9:30 A.M. - 10:30 A.M.
Tuesday April 17th from 7:30 P.M. - 8:30 P.M.
