The restaurant features the distinctive cuisine and unique atmosphere of the small country, San Marino, fitting as the area boasts a large population of its immigrants.
Diners will be treated to pasta hand rolled daily by Maddalena Sarti of San Marino who uses family recipes handed down through the generations. The sauces are also made from scratch, and all dishes are prepared in a way that highlights the meat or fish. Sarti works with Chef Richard Conover who has decades of experience cooking and managing restaurants in the area.
Tre Monti opens daily at 4:00 p.m. Guests are encourage to stop by after work to enjoy the delicious appetizers and brick oven pizzas as well as the premium bar and regional wines featured on the extensive wine list.
