SOC - Serving Seniors with Your Help
SOC provides much needed and appreciated services to many seniors in our community. Our information and assistance programs provide case coordination, medical equipment, tax preparation, transportation and more. We offer meal programs which include Meals on Wheels, daily luncheons, afternoon teas, and Mutts & Meows pet food assistance. Seniors can receive help with yard work, home repair, snow removal and home rehab through our Senior Home Care Services. Our Fun, Fitness and Exercise programs offer a variety of classes classes, movies, trips and more.

At SOC, we believe a helpful hand and caring conversation goes a long way toward making each day more meaningful to those in need of assistance and companionship.
