Robert R. Deneweth
Bob has been actively involved in custom home design and construction, land development, and custom home renovations since 1989. As a principal of The Deneweth Company and its associated entities, Bob is supported by a dedicated staff and a group of loyal subcontractors and suppliers who are focused on exceeding the expectations of the company's clients.
Bob is involved in every phase of the building experience, commencing with the initial client contact, plan design, and contract finalization, progressing through the management of the construction process and completing any additional services provided after project is finished.

Mary M. Deneweth
Mary has worked with The Deneweth Company and its predecessors for 18 years. She handles various management and human resource responsibilities including oversight of the company's accounting and job management database. Mary also coordinates and facilitates the ordering and tracking of customer selections.

Jeffery T. Grass
Jeff Grass has worked with The Deneweth Company as a Project Manager for seven years. He has 25 years of construction management experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Michigan State University. Jeff is a licensed Residential Builder in Michigan.
Jeff's building experience includes a full range of custom residential projects, both new construction and larger renovations. He has also supervised the construction of multi-family housing and some light commercial work. This diverse scope of projects provides Jeff a well rounded background and understanding of the industry.

Laura has worked with The Deneweth Company for 16 years as Office Manager. With 25 years of experience, she is skilled in office management, customer service and the clerical and reporting aspects of the construction industry.
Having recently earned a degree in Graphic Design, Laura has broadened her expertise to include Web design, page layout and illustration. Laura is also a third-generation real estate agent. |
