And we are committed to sharing our art and our community with just as many people as we can.
That’s why we started this festival in 1980. We wanted to bring together artists and art-lovers, of course. But just as important, we wanted to bring people to Birmingham – at least 70,000 this year – to see firsthand just how vibrant a community this has become.
