Just a note to tell you how much I enjoyed your first cooking class. I loved the hands-on interaction and the fact that each participant had his/her own recipe. It was wonderful to have a chance to cook in a professionally stocked kitchen. I felt like I was actually a restaurant chef!! The recipe selections all complemented each other and were the perfect mix of challenging but still easy to replicate in my kitchen at home. I can't wait to try some of the recipes for my family.
