Our purpose is to empower. We use our skills and programs to help our students develop themselves physically and mentally. We help our students become positive contributors and winners in their endeavors. We teach them self-defense and self confidence that will enable them to avoid negative situations. We instruct them how to protect themselves and their loved ones and to become more aware of their environment. | | | Safety First Self Defense Free | Don't Be a Victim of Crime!
FREE Safety First Women"s Self Defense
Safety First Self Defense is a simple and effective system. We will teach you avoidance and awareness skills, verbal de-escalation, and car security. We will teach you ways of lowering your profile, so you are not chosen as a victim. We will also teach you what to do if you are chosen as a victim. This is a 4 week program. You will receive a certificate upon completion. Classes taught by Marc Halleck, and Gretchen Hansen.
Our Program has 3 main objectives:
* Make you aware of your surroundings
* Teach you strategies so you never become a victim
* Help you acknowledge that the attack is really happening & what you need to do!
WHEN: Monday April 16th from 9:30 A.M. - 10:30 A.M.
Tuesday April 17th from 7:30 P.M. - 8:30 P.M.
