Bats: Myths and Mysteries
The Institute's 5,000 square foot traveling exhibit hall immerses the visitor into the world of the bat and examines science and perceptions about these long misunderstood animals. Hands-on interactive exhibits and live animals reveal how bats live, why they are important to humans and what we can do to help protect them. The significance of bats in produce production, their contributions to medicine and how their populations vary around the world are all studied.
